Style – talk the culture, like you fit in.
Story – Everyone loves a story. Have one. Why are you there? What makes you a “steal”, a “diamond in the rough”, “the answer to their prays”… what makes you the 5% that get’s considered instead of flat-out rejected?
Substance – Know what da hell you are talking about.
