So what is the perfect dev platform?
Maybe it doesn’t exist? Maybe it depends on your needs?
Maybe you just have to pick one?
I’ve used almost all of them… Parse, Medium, FireBase, PHP, Ruby on Rails…
I just started using RoR actually… I wish I had started sooner.
Devise is bad-ass.
Just got to figure out how to host it. Maybe Dreamhost + Ruby on Rails?

Edited: Dreamhost Ruby version is only 1.8.7 ?!? Super Old.
After doing some research, I will probably just develop my small ROR apps on Heroku.
