What does it mean to be a productive programmer?
We’ve all heard of the 10x developer. Supposedly this 10x developer is 10 times more productive than your average programmer.
Some even say it’s 100x or 1000x. [source needed]
So why are some coders drastically more productive than others?
It could be Malcolm Gladwells 10,000 hours principle. But what causes someone to spend 10,000 hours doing something?
Passion.
